    Hired to load my truck, they canceled first appointment, then showed up 2 hours late for 2nd appointment. Rushed loading because they had to be somewhere at 4:30, broke glass items and didn't bother telling g us, we found out by walking to my front porch and drive way covered in glass when asked they said they don't know. Then the loaded up 5 tv's and broke all of them. As they had wall mounts and they stacked all the TVs in each other. Breaking ever screen. All furniture was loaded without care. According to them they would wrap everything, but they didn't wrap any of our stuff. They also refuse to give me there insurance information. Plus worker told owner they only worked for 2.5 hours but charged us for 3 hours.

    This is my response for ******* *****. A lot of that email is about nonsense. Think the main part is his broken tv’s. He nor his wife had the orginal tv boxes or any proper packing material for the tvs. These were being loaded on there truck they they rented and driving out of state. My guys let them know since it was there truck, then driving, them unloading, and not proper packing supplies or orginal boxes that the tv’s could break and we would not be responsible. ** ***** said that’s fine and they just needed them loaded. We have moved him before locally and did the full on move and moved the same tv’s. Nothing was broken or scratched. That’s because we handled the whole move and had proper equipment.

    This moving company moved me in May 2024, three guys one female. I had my own hand dolly that I told the workers twice that it was mine, well after they unloaded all my belongings they loaded their trucks up and took off with my hand dolly. I text ****** (the owner) and told him they took it. He text back that yes they took it but didn’t mean to and he would get it back to me. Well after 2 different days of saying he would deliver it he never showed. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks now and he won’t return my text. I do not recommend this guy. Go with someone who is on top of their business. My next step is filing theft charges against JB Precision Moving.

    I am rejecting this response because: The dolly was not returned in the same condition as it was when JB Moving company took it!!!! I have an eye witness to vouch. I only wish it was in the same condition as when they took it!
