      On 06/25/2024 I used my debit card to purchase items from Vapor Maven in Pocola, OK. The cashier, which was also the manager, told me my card declined. My banking app showed it approved and was pending out of account, but I was told their system glitched and that it does that often. I walked out to the ATM in front of their store and got cash out to pay instead. The cashier told me she cancelled the transaction out from my card and it would go back into my account. On 06/27/2024 the transaction posted to my account. I tried to call the store and let the manager know so it could be fixed and she had been fired. The employee there gave me the number for a lady named **** who was their store support. I called and left a voicemail. **** never called back. I then called the store back and was directed to their headquarters in Springdale, AR. I was told **** is the person who could fix it and to email him the screenshots of the receipt and bank where it posted to my account. He has never emailed back so I emailed again because I was worried I’d be ignored so long that the cameras would overlap before he looked into it. I’ve called headquarters several times and left messages for **** as I was told he was the only one who could fix this. Over two weeks later and he will not respond to emails or calls. Today I called to see if anyone else could fix this and was told again that **** is the only one and I’d be transferred to his extension. **** picked up the phone and hung up. I then called back and now they will not answer. I have been told by two different employees that this happens often with double payment so I asked who fixes the others? **** does. I am not sure what else to do or where else to go to fix this because they are now dodging my calls.

      Defective item and over charge of product tendered. Refusal to offer just compensation, citing terms and services that state the exact opposite. Seeking a full refund and apology.

      The product was a battery for a vaporizer.  It was defective.  The store was the **** * ********* location.  I worked through my credit card, and I got my money back.  They can call me if they have more questions.

      They took $1412 out of my bank and that's what they should have took out my sales receipt says $1412 but they also took $11500 out of my bank that I can not get them to give back

      On 8/14/2023 at 12:12 PM, I purchased a Strawberry Ice Disposable vaper from the Vaper Maven in Van Buren, Arkansas Phone # 417-621-0440 and was charged twice. One charge was for 49.13 and the other was for $16.38. The first charge is erroneous. The clerk whose name was Jeri said I had to contact corporate to get my refund and gave me this number: 479-347-2040 but all the mailboxes are full and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I feel like I have been robbed and my bank cannot dispute the charge, only they can! Is there something you can do? This business is incredibly shady and I am short 49$. This isn't right!

      Bought a mod from manager, Did not get a receipt. Mod wouldn't charge, so bought new batteries. Have to push button twice to puff. Went to store today 9-1-22, at 1:00 pm. Guy working checked mod and batteries, confirmed it was messed up. Was told that it was bought from ****** W, on 8-25-22. I asked when he worked again. Was told there were 2 ****** W's and he didn't know which one worked that morning, but one of them was working today, 9-1-22 @ 5:30. Meanwhile, I called the number in the manuel, it is out of service. I called that guy back, he gave me another number to call, no answer after 25 rings. I went back @ 5:30 and of course it was the wrong ******. This one said it definately was a battery problem. I explained that we bought new batteries on 8-27. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked when the other ****** W was working. He told me he was sick and would be out for two weeks. I left angrier. All I want is my $75.00 mod replaced...it has not worked correctly since day one.
