      Had an appt for 8-28-2024 they give a six hour window to be here form 10-4 at 4 I had to call their main office just to be told that their technician would call me back. He called to tell me that he had at least two more hours on the job he was working on and he would not be able to be here until tomorrow. I have a sewer problem I could not wait another day to have this fixed. Their response was I completely understand your frustration and that was it. I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. Please have the courtesy to call your client and let them know that you are to busy to get to them today before the 4 o’clock timing.

      $366 for one hour on the property. Replaced toilet tank parts and a water spigot outside. When I asked for an itemized bill, they said they don't do that because it is just parts and labor. I stated yes, that is what i want, "itemized" parts and labor. Still waiting 2 days later and they won't respond. He also bid out another job for $700-1200 and I have checked with 2 other companies and they say $300-400. I would not recommend them unless you want to spend double.

      Sandy, you have been sent a broken out invoice more than once since 12/15. We are not going to go through the trouble of breaking out our cost for materials. You have said multiple times that he was only there an hour and 5 minutes and we have refunded your card to reflect that time exactly using our labor rate before you had given multiple bad reviews. We have exhausted all means to make you happy. We hope you succeed in finding a company that meets all your demands.

      I was told I will pay a specific fee and in the end I was charged 4 times what that has been told me over the recorded phone. also, I didn’t get the service I was mentioned I will get. I paid what I was told the fee willl be and after short period of time I got a letter form a collection agency. I feel that whol situation was extremely unethical. They basically lied to me multiple times and now I need to deal with collection agency

      We had Allied install a new HVAC 6 months ago, and the AC portion doesn't work (it never did, we informed them at initial install, they assured us it did). It STILL doesn't work, and when we requested they come back to look at it, they scheduled us 5 days out, and then no one showed up. We called, and they were running several hours behind schedule, but hadn't bothered to let us know. I left a poor review on Google and FB, and then they called us and cancelled our appointment, and said they would be refunding our Service Agreement. They also deleted my Google review - so if you're wondering how they have so many great reviews on Google, it's because they delete them.

      I was not happy with my experience with this company. They first tried to charge for the time it took to get a second person on the job when the initial explanation clearly suggested it would be a 2 person job. It was only after I called to complain and the unprofessional person on the phone lied to me saying the trip was to go get a part, when the tech clearly stated it was to get a person, that I did not have to pay.
      Then, upon completion of the tiling of the shower, it was discovered that the cartridge, that I purchased new from Lowe's, and they installed was 'bad' in their words and they did not replace it or offer to install another one to get the shower working. I am now left with a shower head that spills water and will not turn on and off.

      I contacted Allied Plumbing to fix slight leak coming from our tub/shower. Allied Plumber told us we needed part to fix issue. We were never quoted price to correct problem. We were told to diagnose our problem there would be 40 charge or so to dispatch and assess issue. We were not quoted price to complete repairs. Allied’s plumber returned with part and installed and result was worse dripping faucet. So in effect we paid $367.00 for bigger problem than had before. Really!

      All divisions are great with Allied EXCEPT the heat & air division. My company has been played by Allied numerous times with “you are next to be serviced” and no call no show 8 hours later followed by, the tech can’t be reached or located and that a tech will be out first thing in the morning…only to find out when I call the next morning to find out where the tech is, that they don’t work sundays, which they knew all along. This is very shady and is not the first time Allied has done this. Their motto is “we exist to serve”! Not to serve the customer. And we were going to pay after hour rate of $250 per hour! Very sad and very much a disconnect between their office, what the customer is told, and what actually doesn’t happen. Shame on this company.

      Unfortunately, we did not have the service from Allied that we have had in previous years. A tech was called to fix AC unit in hallway 5 days ago for moisture accumulation and AC not working. He replaced the "board" but did nothing about moisture. Now we have a major insurance claim because the guest bedroom flooded and we are hoping water did not get under the hardwood floors. We called emergency services 3 times and they were very nice but the tech did not respond to their calls and after 2 hours (10:30 pm) I called and asked to be put on their schedule first thing in the morning. Payton told us that the earliest they could get someone out to fix the issue with the HVAC was tomorrow. I said this is an emergency and Serv Pro was on their way out. I told her this was not acceptable and that we did not want the previous tech to come to our house tomorrow or anytime. She offered no solution. Such poor customer service. The last thing a stressed customer wants to hear from the dispatcher is excuses about why the tech didn't respond to an emergency call.
