  In the years I have been consuming products, I have never met a better customer service company. Not only did Tyler and the ES team correct my issue. But they reached out to me personally (via social media) and took my questions at seemingly every hour of the night. I am so beyond impressed with this company that I cant see myself buying any optics gear from anyone else. I cant thank ES enough

  They’re fantastic and beyond helpful. Unlike most businesses, they give speedy responses and actually care about their customers. I had gotten a telescope as a present and one of the mirrors was broken so they sent me a replacement for it. I can’t wait for the next clear night so I can view the sky!

  I recently contacted Explore Scientific requesting help in obtaining a small replacement part for my 114 mm Newtonian. Wade responded right away and promptly forwarded a new part, at no cost to me. First rate experience! Thank you, Wade.

  After waiting several months for a 12” Truss Dob that was back ordered due to the supply chain holdups that has been affecting so many consumer goods, I finally received my new scope. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the mirror cell that I discovered soon after receiving the scope.
  I contacted Explore Scientific and spoke with Wade, who promptly arranged for a prepaid label so I could return the mirror box to be repaired. When they received my return, Wade contacted me to tell me that it had arrived and was being checked out by quality control.
  In less than 48 hours, Wade contacted me again to tell me that they were shipping me a new mirror box to replace my defective one.
  Of course I was a bit disappointed that my new scope had a problem, but I can’t say that I was disappointed by the prompt, friendly care I received from Wade and his colleagues to help solve the issue. Not only was it an easy experience, but it was wonderful to get excellent customer service, something that seems in short supply these days.
  I was considering a similar scope from another manufacturer, but decided against them based primarily on reports I had seen that their customer service was sometimes slow to respond. I am glad I decided to go with Explore Scientific. Yes the scope wasn’t perfect, but they cheerfully made it right.
