    I purchased five 2023 season tickets for my family during the 2022 Black Friday sale. I was told at the time by an employee I spoke with on the phone that the 2023 season would start Memorial Day weekend and end after Labor Day weekend. They did not say anything over the phone about those dates being an estimate or anything else. In 2023 they were 2 weeks late opening the waterpark. Saying that they had to get the chlorine levels right before they could open (as if they hadn't had months of park closure to prepare), and then they closed the park down 4 weeks early because they claimed they didn't have enough staff to work (even on the weekends?). So effectively everyone who bought season tickets got screwed out of 6 weeks of usage. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anybody at the park for purposes of communication, whether by phone, email, or Facebook message. I finally did get a woman from the water park on the phone sometime in August to request a refund, and she laughed at me and told me she wasn't authorized to give me one, but the best she could do is pass my number on to the owner. I gave her my number and I have no idea if she ever even wrote it down. I asked her who the owner was and she said "Dr. *******" and I couldn't find any evidence of a Dr. ******* anywhere in the vicinity of Texarkana when I looked it up. On the Facebook page for Holiday Springs Waterpark there were many posts from unhappy and discouraged people who were angry about being lied to by the waterpark and talking about how bad the upkeep on the place is. I do not want a full refund, but I am requesting a partial refund of $80.00, roughly one quarter of what I paid since the waterpark was closed for 1/4 of the season. Thank you.
