      Paid ******* ******( With TSI) on 11/25/2022 for unit and materials to get started total of $8,985.00 Then 11/26/2022 Paid $2,300.00 for more parts and taxes. Started bringing some parts and materials to the house. Said it would be a week for Unit to get in. Took our mini splits down that currently were not working in the house. Said he would sell them to a person for parts and give us the money. We agreed on $800.00. He never gave us the money or returned the mini splits back to us. Now December
      he came started the duct work and cutting holes in the walls. He mounted some duct work to our metal roof when he was
      told not to. Mid December still claiming the unit isn't in. Paid $1,515.00 on 12/6/2022 for labor and ******* saying his wife had
      a stroke and needed money and said he would continue to finish the job. Now 01/01/2023 unit is still not here and he keeps
      saying he will come work and doesn't show up. Mid January he finally says unit is in and bring a York. This isn't the unit we
      agreed on in contract or paid for. We told him no that's not acceptable and we want to correct unit. He gave excuses and also
      said he runs everything under his bosses License ***** and ***** ***** with TSI.
      We then found out his HVAC license is expired and he is doing side jobs using his bosses
      license. We contacted ***** and *****. ***** admitted to knowing ******* is using work truck and License and doing side
      jobs. ***** tried to deny everything and said ******* only does duct work. Now its 02/15/2023 He has all our money, the unit and remaining materials we paid for and will not return any text or calls. He never finished job, left a live wire outside hanging on the ground. Also duct work is not even half way completed and will have to come down leaving holes in our roof. It was a total of $12,800 that he now has cashed of our money and now disappeared and will not return any form of contact text or calls. We have been asking to return our money and give and Itemized list of work.

      ******* ****** did this project without the knowledge of the company or any owner.  It was a side job he done on his own.  We never gave him the authority to do this job.  The checks the customer gave him were made out directly to ***** ******.  TSI never knew anything about the project or the money.  The customer knows ***** and they had a verbal agreement between them.  We have not provided anything to this customer from TSI.  Anything ***** did he did it after TSI work hours.

       

      ***** ****** will need to be contacted in regards to this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because: It’s not true ******* admits That he got the equipment for our house from the distributor in Little rock under his boss ***** account and he knows about it. Said his boss let him because his boss ***** owes them money. Also the other owner ***** admitted to us and other people that yes they know ******* does side jobs. Also that ******* is doing these sides jobs while driving a company truck.TSI is aware of what ******* is doing and has been doing for years.
