    I bought a new Ford F250 King Ranch from them in August 2024. I usually trade vehicles every 3 years so I do purchase extended warranties. After a few months I got the vehicle refinanced for a lower rate and lower monthly payment. When I had it refinanced I noticed they the original fincace company Ford Credit had charged me for and extended warranty. I then called the warranty company to cancle it. They told me I had to call the dealership to have it canceled. I called the dealership and they informed me I had to come there in person to cancle it. I then went to the Ford dealership in Trumann had it canceled and signed the paperwork. I was informed that the refund would be mailed to ****** ******* who refinanced my vehicle. It has been several months and ****** ******* has not received no refund check from the canceled warranty. I have sent messages and called and left messages for the Ford Dealership and have gotten no response. This is a good amount of money and I need to know where my money is.

    We cancelled the warranty and sent directions to our main office to send the check to the ****** ****** *****. This page attached shows where it is cancelled and these process sometimes take 90-120 days to get money from ****** the warranty company, to us, then us mail to the credit unions or lienholders.
