    My husband and I purchased a camper that was to be delivered in June 2024, the company brought the wrong camper and tried to lie about it. When it was delivered we had to take the camper back instead of the company towing it back. When we got there we were told they would deliver the correct camper, we already had camping spaces reserved. They brought the correct camper and did not bring the POWER CORD so the camper was not able to be used. We had to purchase one. Which they did finally refund. They were supposed to put a second AC unit in the camper and installed the wrong one. The correct was is currently being installed now in OCTOBER. We still have NOT received a title or tag for our camper. In Oklahoma you are required to have that within 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. It has now been 4 months and we still do not have that. Anything over 30days gets penalties. I had to pay $1638.28 up front for sales tax/title fees. Not a single penny of that should be used toward any penalties. I opened a complaint about the initial issues with the purchase of our camper but now the person we were working with will not return our calls ****** ********). The *** ***** location will also not return our calls at this point. The last time I spoke with them they had mailed the items to the wrong title office and was supposed to be tracking it down. That’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve called 3 x during that time and no one will return my call to tell me where our title work is. Every time I call they ask me to leave my name and number because they are in a meeting or not available.

    CWRV Sales has spoken to the customer. Plates and Registration have been sent via FEDX * ************. To that end, we consider this matter closed.
