I would definitely recommend this company before any other business.the people are amazingly knowledgeable,out going humble individuals.keith,James,mark,Troy all did amazingly with our home.there very perceptible,take very serious pride in all there workmen'sship.

Keith worked extra hard with the insurance company on our behalf to get our roof replaced after a hail storm. The crew worked long hours to get it done all in one day. They cleaned everything up and didn't damage the yard. We couldn't be happier with the job Skyward did for us. Thanks Keith!!Skyward Roofing, LLC

I purchased a roof 4/27/22. I noticed tiles not flush with the roof. Chris told me a summer bake would take care of it. I called this year as they are still the same. The foreman told me I bought cheap shingles and the roof wasn't up to code. The reason the tiles aren't flat is due to some type or ridge which seems to be my fault. Now, they stripped my roof down to the wood. If there was a ridge and it wasnt to code, why wouldn't they have told me that? So, I could have had it repaired. Why didn't they repair it? I can't get past the fact that they didn't tell me the roof wasn't to code. Keith wants to blame this on an inspector from whe. I bought the house. My inspector wasn't qualified in roofing. Which didn't bother me as the new roof was going on once we closed on the house. These men claim to be qualified roofers. If that is what they are, they dropped the ball.Skyward Roofing, LLC

Hello Mrs. Donna. Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Once we received the call we began to meet you and inspect the roof. Several times we came by and took a look at the roof. Once we saw the problem we had our crew come out and tear the new roof down to the deck and repair the decking that was causing the issues. You said that the foreman that you mentioned before handled the situation great and Chris was there to also oversee the repair. Since this review we have solved the problem to your satisfaction. We had a hard time with this roofing company. The roof started in 2021 but when I inspected the attic last weekend on 3/19/23to see the noise that I was hearing from the roof, I found out that there is a portion that they did not put a wood underneath the ice and water shield. That is a bad work for a roofer because there is nothing holding the shingles and the ice and water shield and in a short period of time that portion will create a hole (or the shingles will sink in). I contacted Mr. Keith and left a message but I am still waiting for him to call me back and have them fix it. Last year we realized that the downspout was done reversely where the water is coming outside of the metal thing and create a noise when it was raining we contacted Keith and it was taken care of but for the portion that they didn't wood is still as is and I am waiting a call back from Mr. Keith. The Chase is included in the contract but until now, they have not done it yet. We were frustrated with their work. I wish I can attach pictures of the problem on this review site and I am still trying to contact the BBB maybe they can help me fix all these problems with Skyward Roofing.Skyward Roofing, LLC

Hello, Mrs. B******. Thank you for your honesty. The day you texted me about the situation I called. That week I came out and looked at the situation. It is not currently leaking and I have it on the schedule to get repaired. Your repair is important to me. We repaired the gutter situation and I have given you the money back for the chase since the flue was build where it was originally designed to be installed. I am once again sorry and now that we have talked you had said you will even change the review once you see we do correct situations if possible.
