      Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional, very disappointed in service and treatment my family received. I felt as if we were buying a new/ used vehicle, if Regina said it once she said it twice “ you won’t get a better deal anywhere else”. I felt as if there was no compassion from the very beginning. Regina said “ if we couldn’t pay there was always cremation”. My mothers wishes were to be buried! Regina is very unprofessional her manner in the whole funeral arrangements made us all feel very uncomfortable.. highly disappointed!! This will not be the last this funeral home hears from my family!

      The deceased did a prepaid funeral in 2018. She had only paid $100.00 to date on preneed. I told them I would honor it at the contract price in 2018. I do not recall telling them "you won't get a better deal anywhere". I gave them total of funeral bill and son ask if he could make arrangements paying it out. I told him I would. I told them I required some down and ask how much they could pay. They stepped out of office and the three children came back in and said they would split the bill and pay for it. I offered to let one son pay his part out in $100.00 a month payment. I also upgraded the casket for them.

      They did an awful job prepping my mothers body. She looked awful. They cut cost at every opportunity. The owner was rude and condescending. Even going so far to talk ill about my other family members while we were trying to make arrangements. They were unorganized. Failed to gather the flowers and cards to take to the graveside. Rushed us out of the funeral home so she could close by 4pm.

      This lady's stepfather was making arrangements and was told by him he was making decisions. She was very disgruntled by this. We handled this very professionally and do not feel what she is saying is true. There were not any negative comments about our service from any other family members.
