      *******, and to Whom it may ********** want to thank you for the years of our *********************** from you. Informing us of yet another Rate Increase, after we had already scheduled our appointment this year, was perceived as unprofessional to us. Then explaining to us that prices have increased is a known element in the current economy and capitalism structure. This would have been the second increase of over 30% in less than (2) years, quite outside the norm.After making (1) call, to a competitor less than (1) mile from you, showed that your rates are over 30% excessive comparatively.My wife ran the books for me, as I created a "Printing Empire" of sorts, turning a small family business, as Manager to Owner, growing the gross income 4 times within a few years, for a 28-year spread before deciding to retire early in 2018. This accomplishment was achieved through hard work along with acting as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, ******* Director and City Volunteer.We will be CANCELING our upcoming appointment this Feb/24 and suggest that some sort of advertising takes place in your business, or you will surely find it disappearing in short order.*********, **********
