      We had turf installed in February, the installation was incredibly uneven. Lawn furniture was off balanced and when the kids played in the sprinkler all the water ran onto the patio and flooded it. I wrote a review and within 15 minutes of posting I was contacted by a very pushy owner who wanted to come and fix the turf that day in exchange for a positive review. The next week, they did come out and level the turf. However, 4 large ***** nails were left behind, thrown on the gravel rock next to the turf. One of my dogs sliced his paw open. Upon contacting the owner, I was accused of making an assumption that the injury was caused by the ***** nails even though my dogs have never injured themselves in the yard previously and spend most of their day out there. There was no resolution offered instead, I felt like I was being called a liar and I shouldve been grateful that they even fixed the Turf in the first place. This $5000 home investment with this company has been more of a headache than it was worth. BUYER BEWARE!!

      2nd UPDATE: They have ghosted me and will not respond to calls and texts. I called other turf companies and 80% of the nail the seam to reduce the problems. When I forwarded a text from a competitor on their installation procedure, they did not respond or own up to their mistake. I no longer feel comfortable recommending them.UPDATE: The seam is coming apart in less than 6 months. When asking them to fix, they would not do it. They do not fix seams because it is a common industry problem.Turf Time AZ overall did a great job on their work. There was a minor error on the turf installation that they owned up to and came out immediately to repair. They 100% stand behind the work and service. The only reason it is not a 5 star is the fact that there was a slight breakdown on the communication. But like I said, great job!
