    On November 12, 2024, I entrusted ***** ****, owner of Sadistic Pleasures, to perform work on my 2002 ***** 3500 dually. We agreed on several services, including painting the front bumper and mirrors, installing a stereo, restoring the headliner, and inspecting the sunroof to determine if repairs were feasible. ***** assured me that he could meet my expectations for quality, and I was told the work would take three days, or a week at most.When I picked up my vehicle, I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the work, aside from the bumper painting. Specifically:1.The mirrors were not properly sanded and have a spotty, uneven finish due to poor paint application.2.The stereo installation, while functional, was done sloppily and does not meet basic standards of professional workmanship.3.The headliner restoration was particularly egregious, with visible patches, poorly cut and glued pieces, and sagging areas due to improper tucking.Additionally, ***** damaged multiple components of my truck that were in working order when I brought it in. Despite returning my vehicle to him multiple times for corrections, new issues have arisen each time, with further damage to my truck.When I raised my concerns and requested a refund of half the amount I paid as a fair resolution, ***** refused. Recently, he informed me that he is shutting down his shop due to personal reasons, including a death in his family and mental health struggles. While I am empathetic to his circumstances, this does not excuse his failure to complete the work to an acceptable standard or resolve the damages he caused.This experience has been extremely frustrating, as I entrusted ***** **** and Sadistic Pleasures with my vehicle, paid for services in good faith, and received substandard, damaging work in return. I am requesting the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter by securing a partial refund of the amount paid.
