- We want you to be completely satisfied with any item that you purchase from Water-Shade® LLC. We have a 90 day limited warranty. If item is defective, we will repair or replace any part of the flotation devices within 90 days of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire, misuse or any act of nature, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the float system not having been securely anchored, nor from improper installation. Water-Shade® LLC makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Water-Shade® LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of any product sold, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or
service during periods of non-use. Any defective float or part must be sent (shipping pre-paid) to:
Water-Shade® LLC P.O. Box 2686, Apache Junction, AZ 85120.
Upon receipt of defective product, if it is determined that damage is not due to any of the above listed exclusions, a new part will be sent and the shipping cost of the damaged item will be refunded.
Non defective items can be returned within the first 30 days only. Items must be returned in new and unused condition only, in the original box, and with all the original paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; and there are no signs of wear on the product. We cannot accept return of any item with any indication that is has been used. Once item is received at above listed address and inspected, refund of the product will be issued (excluding original shipping cost). - Business Categories
