    Booking #********* We have tried calling several times during the day of our booking and try to change the date as one of our family member did not feel well and no one picked up the phone, we have now left already Arizona and lost $238.50.

    We just seen a review today that this gentleman left on Yelp (September 8, 2022) His cruise was booked for August 14th. He never let us know directly. I personally emailed him back from his yelp review to tell him that if he had contacted us via voicemail or email, or during our office hours, we could have helped him, and that even though he signed a form that says he understands that the cruise is non-refundable, we would like to help him out the next time he is in Arizona. 

     

    So essentially, we reached out to him after finding a review online, at no time has he tried to call us since his cruise.

    out original ticket purchase was for a boat ride on Sunday, so if the boat runs on Sunday and you accept payments on Sunday someone should be available to pickup the phone on Sunday as well.
    I have tried to call the company on same date of ticket purchase, and you acknowledge that on Yelp that office is closed on Sundays. and only open for receiving money online.
    You have failed to communicate while we were still in Arizona, we are not there anymore, so we can't accept a future voucher.
    A full refund would be the only only solution, and we will provide a positive review on Yelp if you choose so.
