We had a new window placed on the back side of our house on September 29, 2023. I called on Wednesday the 4th after we noticed the window had shattered all the way down. I spoke to a ************ believe who sent the same tech who installed the window to come out and look at this. Normally I would not have an issue with this but it seems he is not willing to fess up to his mistake this looks like a stress fracture of the glass that starts from above the metal frame. He would of seen this if he looked at the window from inside but only looked at it from the outside and said that something hit it. There is no chip in the glass or a section of glass missing for it to be a hit to the glass. This fracture on the glass when it had barley been a week in is something from installation or from the glass manufacturer you ordered from. Someone else should of came out to look at the window. Now they are wanting me to pay another 204 dollars to have the window replaced due to their mistake. They installers were 100% careless as they left glass everywhere around my house and inside. all I am asking is that this window be replaced as we have only had it in for 6 days before we noticed the shattering of the glass. I think the owner or manager needs to come and look at the glass not the tech who installed it.
