    Last week we tried using the self clean feature on our 26 year-old gas stove the lock on the oven was jammed so would not work, rendering the oven unusable. We called Vision Appliance in Mesa, an amazing family run business. First of all, the son, ***** came to assess the problem and determined we would need a new part for the oven door, which, for a stove this old, was impossible to find. ****, the Office Manager (and Mom) spent hours browsing parts manuals, etc. to no avail. The next day ***** and his Dad, *** came back, determined to repair the lock, took the oven apart and fixed the issue without a new part. The entire family were polite, friendly, professional and very efficient. We appreciated their determination to help us and would highly recommend you contact Vision Appliance for any appliance issues!
