    In July 2023, I took my 1994 Skyline GTR to TurnStyle JDM & Euro for a full build, including a complete engine build and suspension work. I was originally quoted a timeframe of 46 months for completion. However, my car remained in their possession for over a year and a half with minimal progress, forcing me to retrieve it.During this time, I paid TurnStyle JDM & Euro over $20,000 for work that was not completed as agreed. Upon picking up my car, I discovered that only the suspension work had been done, but it was missing partssome of which were stolen. Despite numerous attempts over the past several months to obtain the parts I paid for, I have only received false assurances from the owner, **** ******. He has continuously promised to order the missing parts but has failed to follow ********** of today, almost two years later, I have not received the parts I paid for, nor have I been issued any refund. This business needs to be held accountable for their actions. Additionally, I am not the only person affected, as they have reportedly done the same to at least a dozen other customers.I request immediate action to either receive the parts I paid for in full or be issued a complete refund.Requested Resolution:Fulfillment of the missing parts as originally agreed, OR A full refund for the incomplete work and missing/stolen parts.

    On 9 Aug 2024, I dropped my 2011 *** M3 off for transmission replacement and service. During this time, the previous owner/co-owner **** ******* had left Turnstyle JDM & Euro. I was left without any updates until the other co-owner **** ****** called me and advised me of the situation. On 27 Sept 2024, the car was complete and ready for pick up. On 28 Sept, I noticed that the vehicle was missing some hardware. Upon the inspection, the vehicle was missing airbox bolts, airbox hoses were disconnected, the engine reinforcement plate was missing, the oxygen sensor harness wiring was damaged/frayed, and the transmission was leaking. The replacement transmission was to be fully serviced- new gaskets, seals, fluid, filters etc. *********** was not done due to photo evidence. **** apologized and offered up a solution. He stated on that day that he would box up the missing parts and ship them out the following day. On 2 Oct, we agreed that he and his technician would come to ***********, ** to correct the issues. On ********************************************************** for labor that was not accomplished along with a full ************************ kit. I received the refund on 12 Oct. On 17 Oct, one *** tracking number was provided and was said to be picked up on 18 Oct. On 21 Oct, Turnstyle JDM & Euro stated that *** didn't show up and that they would drop off the packages at ***. On 22 Oct, Turnstyle JDM & Euro stated that they were unable to drop off the packages and there was a new scheduled pick up today. On 23 Oct, Turnstyle JDM & Euro stated that *** stopped by but since they didn't have the labels printed, they were unable to accept the packages, and they would come back the next day. Later that evening, i received 2x *** labels via email from ****. He stated that he would drop them off at *** the next day. On 24 Oct, I still have yet to receive shipping confirmation from ***, or any receipts of the parts ordered from Turnstyle JDM & Euro.
