From start to finish, their service was top-notch, and I am now enjoying the benefits of clean, solar energy.The installation process was smooth and efficient. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and left my property spotless. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the flawless installation of the solar panels and the attention to detail in every aspect of the project.In summary, I highly recommend TnK to anyone considering a solar energy solution. 5 starsUpdated review -After the original owner came back (and bought back his company) and took over things got a lot better. Not only did I get better explanations but T&K worked hard to make sure we got our solar up and run as quick as possible. And when we did hit snafus they worked to not only correct it but make sure I was kept in the loop on what was going on. We got our solar turned on this month (May 2023) and we couldn't be happier. I will leave the original review because I want people to see that there is a change in how T&K is running their business and that the owner cares about his customers. I will definitely recommend T&K as long as ***** stays the owner.My original review - I would not recommend ***** for solar. **************** is nonexistent. It took threatening to keep calling the electrical side to get them to have a solar person contact me regarding our installation. That person was great however they left the company and I'm now back at square one. Our solar install started August 2022. The electrical test, which was only supposed to be a couple hours but ended up over 7hrs, was finally done in November 2022. February 2023 we finally got the city to approve but it took another 3 weeks to get SRP out. We failed the final inspection because ***** didn't follow SRP guidelines. I was promised someone would be out this week ... it's Friday afternoon - no one has come and then I was promised a quick call back ... no one has called back to update me on what's going on.Review fromKent C

5 starsI have had my faith restored in T&K Electric.The company has been placed back in Tommys capable hands which is the reason I used them in the first place for my solar install. After a few conversations with *****, we spoke of my issues concerning my solar install that were done under previous management while ***** was out of country. He listened, did not make excuses and he did not shy away from the issues and took full accountability. Cant really ask for more from a person or company, very down to earth.I decided to give ***** and T&K another chance to redeem themselves, and that is exactly what they did. They were on time, did exactly what was asked, left the site clean, and were courteous and professional. Very fair and transparent.We can all understand that no one, or no company is perfect. Some companies go through changes and sometimes it is not for the better. This company did that but decided to maintain their base and revitalize the company through Tommys leadership. ***** is taking the steps to make it right with every one of his customers instead of just changing his business name and running away; very commendable. I am glad they did. I have my reliable contractor back, one which I can trust.Review fromRon B

5 starsT&K did a phenomenal job on my solar project. The communication was great and they had me up and running with APS in less than 2 months. I live in ******* so it's my understanding that projects/permitting go pretty quickly here compared to some other cities. I was hesitant to go with them because of their recent reviews on here but I'm glad I did! They did tell me that they are working through a backlog older projects that were left from a former operations leader but that they will do right by every homeowner and get them up and running as soon as possible. I was sold a solar panel package and was promised that my electric bill would be coverd by the solar production. And sence the solar system was turned on it as only been producing 30$ a month so now Im stuck paying the solar loan payment of 200$ and on top of that Im still getting my electric bill for 200$ so I have been paying 400$ a month for a useless. Solar panel package buyers beware of they company

Hi *****, We have been trying to contact you for several weeks now to work with you on getting you issue resolved. ****** has been in communication with you and you agreed that your wife would send him your bills for the last 12 months so that we can examine and review it in order to figure out what the problem is so we may help you. The owner of T&K Electric has also reached out to you and you also agreed to him the same thing. We have yet to receive anything from you or your wife so that we may help.
