    I currently live at the address provided and have been here for over a year. We have not had a manager of the park for over 3 weeks and the owner of the park (*********************) does not come around to the park and no one who lives in the park has a way to contact. I did get her email address and I have tried to reach regarding my Emergency Rental through DES and she does not respond. The fact that no one has any contact information for her nor do we have a manager puts this park risk. If there was ever an emergency no one would be able to contact her or anyone else in charge. I walked outside of my house this morning and my yard smells like sewage due to the septic tank for the park being on my property. There is no one to contact regarding this smell and if the septic over flows this will become a major health issue. Our contracts that we had to sign stated that there can not be any fire pits anywhere on the property, however there are several on the property in peoples yards. Yet if certain (white people) place fire pits they are told to remove them at once or they will be fined. The people who have the firepits are Hispanics, I am not racist I am just stating the facts. I do not find the fact that there is no manager or contact information for the park as legally acceptable. This is absolutely out of line and further more unacceptable for a business. I am filing this complaint in hopes that something changes before emergencies happen.
