    Upon checking in, we discovered that our door didn't lock from the outside. A bit alarming, but they got it fixed. After settling in for the night we were jolted awake when the air conditioning cover fell off! Downstairs at reception (because the room phone didn't work) the person at the desk said, "the manager will be in at 8am to address this." Then at 5 in the morning, we discovered that the shower doesn't work. The person at the desk offered a washcloth to take a bath instead. You would have to be crazy to sit in that scuzzy tub. Again, we were brushed of with, "the manager will be in at 8am."
