They used to be good, but lately the last couple of times I took my car in they changed the price for the service they quoted me over the phone. Today I took my 2021 EV Kona in to have the coolant exchanged, they told me that it would be $198. But when I got there, I was told it would be $298. Because it was an EV, they knew this when I called them and was quoted the $****** me, this is nothing short of the old bait and switch scam, and I will never do any business with them again.

Regarding the Horne Hyundai dealer in *************** *******: I made an appointment (three weeks in advance) for the recall on my Hyundai 2012 Elantra ABS system. The service group in this dealership was a fiasco. After waiting for my car for an hour, the service advisor told me that they don't have the part and needs to be ordered. He also said "don't blame us blame Hyundai". I said aren't we standing in the Hyundai ******************* I also told him I didn't want a multi point inspection and he did it anyway. The ironic part about that is I just had my spark plugs changed and my transmission oil changed and they told me in the inspection report that those two items were recommended to be changed but with a big fat Hyundai price tag attached.I was totally ****** and this was a huge waste of my time. Question, Why didn't the service advisor "*****" call me if the part wasn't here? I highly don't recommended this dealership, specifically the service department.

I took my 2014 Santa Fe in for recall, rear brakes and oil leak. It took three weeks! But that is not my complaint. After driving it for four days, I wasn't feeling safe. Something wasn't sounding right. Not wanting to drive it 20 miles from my house to the service department to be checked, I took my car to Brake Plus to check it out. They found that 4 out of 5 lug nuts were MISSING on the rear passenger side. That was Aug. 26. I have called, sent email, and sent a letter to the two service managers. Now it is October 6 and I have heard NOTHING. I've been going there for 17 years and purchased one vehicle. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
