I took my truck in for service and got my truck back worse than before. There was work I was charged for and had not been performed. My truck was also misdiagnosed. Spoke with the service manager and he agreed to give me a refund. He later canceled my refund due to my bad review. And told me he would reissue if my review was taken down

I contacted Robert Horne Ford to check on recalls for our 2019 **** Escape SE - code 21N12/ 19B37 'coolant intrusion in cylinder ******************* module. Appt on 1/27/25 @8am-we dropped our car @ their shop on Sat/1-25-25, gave key to service counter rep. ***** to the appt, our mechanic replaced the antifreeze jug cap as the initial cap was found to be faulty. Purchased the cap from *************** (have receipt). Our mechanic filled the anitfreeze jug on 1/25/25, using the Napa cap to seal the jug. **************** witnessed our mechanic doing so.We received a **** text on Mon/1-27-25 that a multi-point vehicle inspection description included "during inspection found ***** bottle cap to be broken and stuck inside ***** bottle" along with other items Horne tech recommended be repaired, parts, labor, add'l fees + taxes =$2962.35 (needed before recall check?) We chose not to proceed with the repairs (most of the work noted already done by our mechanic) as this didn't confirm if the car recall issues were checked/verified, just provided us a pricey repair bid. I contacted *************, spoke with *******/cust relations, advised her of our dissatisfaction of the dealership's lack of recall service-she took my negative feedback and advised Horne **** we wanted to pick up the car, declining the service recommendations. We picked up the car on 1/29/25, received the invoice with their findings-nothing about any recall issues, paid $231.96. We drove car back to our mechanic, opened the hood to review the antifreeze ********** abt broken cap-the Napa cap was broken off. I called Horne **** regarding the broken cap right after we opened the hood, that we had a new Napa cap on the jug when it arrived to their dealership. Said I firmly believe their service personnel ( when performing their inspection) over twisted/tightened our cap and broke it. I asked for reimbursement of cap-**** refused. Wanted us to return car. Want reimbursement of cap $20-NO recalls checked.

I bought an electric **** vehicle back in April of 2024 from Robert Horne Ford in ***************. They told me they hadn't done the registration with the *** to take my tax credit off the purchase price--that's fine I can get it at tax time. Only problem is that the ***' website and brochures say a dealer is required to give me a seller report showing that they reported my sale and VIN to the *** so I can claim my credit later. This isn't something I made up and I provided them with references to the ***' documentation. *****, the sales manager told me there is no such thing and that they checked with **** and said it's not real. Really? So, the *** has a hoax littered all over their website? When I asked for an email from them explaining what he told me, that I could give to my accountant at tax time, he said he couldn't do that and would escalate the matter to their General Manager, *****. Well, it's been over a month now and I can't get a call from *****. I've even left several messages with the front desk over the last few weeks asking him to return my call and he hasn't called once. I am shocked by the lack of customer service. While admittedly frustrated, I was always calm and respectful with ***** and have given them no reason to not return my call. We're talking about me possibly losing out on $7,500! That is significant! One of many *** pages referencing this report the dealer is to provide: ***************************************************************************************** *** PDF referencing the seller report: ***************************************** *** User Guide for dealers for EV tax credit: ******************************************

I traded in a vehicle previously purchased from this dealership in OctoberSIX months ago. For half a year Ive been trying to get the prorated money due to me from the extended warranty and GAP I purchased from them. The first person I sent the documents completely ignored it and clearly never submitted the documents. He also never responded to emails in trying to follow **. In January, I was given the information of another person I was told that could help me. Here we are 2 1/2 months later, still nothing. This is absolutely unprofessional and unethical business practices, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

On 01/10/2023 I had taken my vehicle in for a transmission issue and some other small issues one being that the sunroof shade squeaks when closing. When I received my vehicle back, it had rained that night and my car was leaking profusely from ***************** area. My vehicle went back the next day. They are claiming its not their fault. Now my vehicle needs repairs and its not under warranty because it got wet. It wasn't leaking before I dropped it off. Two years of no leaks, and car wash right before it went to them. They are requesting I pay out of pocket for not only the repairs but a car rental as well because its going to take at least two days to fix.

Purchased new vehicle on July 7th 2022 with a trade in. Was advised there was a titling/odometer issue when tags did not arrive and the temp tag was set to expire. Dealer provided another 30 day general use temp tag. At this point I had been calling on a weekly basis to keep the process moving. The 2nd temp tag was set to expire and I have called and texted and emailed daily for status and they only state "we're working on it". It was advised to me on September 4th that the vehicle had to be emission tested and that was the cause for the delay. I sent .pdf of the emissions pass September 6th. It has been 93 days since I purchased the vehicle with zero indication of them completing the title paperwork and sending me permanent tags. I do not have the title, my lienholder does not have the title. I have no recourse and I risk my vehicle being impounded. I have asked for a dealership loaner and they refuse to assist. They promised a new temp tag but have been unable to provide it. I do not know how to get this situation resolved and I am considering hiring an attorney. I keep getting the runaround, with no answers. Please help.
