      On July 2, 2022 we paid $52.64 for a space in an rv park for the night. The space was supposed to have 50 amp electrical service. We discovered it did not have 50 amp service within minutes because the power kept shutting off. The park manager was sent and tried to tell us there was power at the site but would not assure us that it was 50 amp service. In fact, he refused to address that specific problem. We could not stay there because it did not have adequate power. At that point he stormed off when we told him we were leaving and would like our money refunded. After he left the occupants of an adjacent site informed us that our site did not have 50 amp service and they had seen this scenario numerous times during their stay there. A call was on departure to advise them to return our money since we discovered the electrical service to the site had been misrepresented. They promised to credit our credit card and have not received it!!!!

      They were in a 50 amp site and we did refund their money in cash, because the person could not access the credit card this was refunded to the husband in cash which was acceptable to them..there was no problem with our site, we are assuming in was a problem with their unit. another unit had just left that site and had been there for months with no problems. another unit has since been in there with no problems to date. the park is under new ownership since August and problems are being addressed as they come to light. we can be reached at **************
