We waited months to be able to get my son into this place for ABA therapy. Then they told me my son couldn't because of his aggression. During the months he wasn't going, we worked on that and got him potty trained too. He stopped a lot of those behaviors and didn't need diapers. So they allowed him to join. Once there everything was fine but then another child was aggressive towards my child. My son came home with bite marks and scratches. We had brought up concerns about this and nothing was done. I would get constant incident reports about the other child hurting my son. So why did they allow the other child to be there when he was being aggressive? I saw no changes and I decided to take my son out of this place. At the beginning of the application process, I gave them both insurance cards that should have covered all of his time there. Now I'm getting a bill of $9,000. It went back since 2023. They never told me anything about getting charged or that I needed to pay. They just said my insurance was paying for it. I have called and left messages. They even told me it was getting "escalated" but I have not received a call back. I just get sent to voicemail. Nothing is getting handled. This whole process with them has been nothing but a headache!
