    I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for August 2nd, 2024, at 1:15. I arrived and signed in at 1:05 am, noticing that the front desk had three ladies working. Despite being punctual, I had to wait until 1:30 pm for the sign-in sheet to be taken. When I was finally called up to pay my copay and check-in, I inquired about the delay, but the receptionist simply said they were busy without providing any further explanation. After waiting in the examination room until 1:55, I felt frustrated as I was already late to pick up my daughter and attend a meeting. I requested a refund of my $40 copay due to the poor communication and professionalism displayed by the staff that caused significant delays in my day. The office manager refused, citing the absence of two staff members as the reason for delays and their policy against refunds. Despite being refunded for a previous issue, the office manager was adamant about not refunding me this time. Disappointed with the lack of accountability, I have decided not to return to this office and still insist on receiving a refund.

    One provider left the practice and my care was transferred to another provider. None of my care was worked through. The second provider told me three times she had never seen me before at a previous appointment and also kept my medication I told her I was given by mistake from the previous doctor. I called to talk to the manager and she told me to talk to the doctor and tell her it made me uncomfortable, I then asked her to please do her job and talk to that doctor and transfer me to another dr. I started seeing a third dr to try and complete my care and she started the same process of referrals again. After waiting months and after speaking with the referral coordinator the three times. The Physicians I was waiting to see still had not received anything. I called to complain and asked for a manager. I did not get a call from the manager I got a call from the referral coordinator again. I told her I did not want to speak with her and that I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager called and would not let me speak. She was raising her voice cutting me off and repeating how things work. She made no acknowledgement or apology for the trouble I had had or the time it had taken. At this point my hair is falling out, I still have not received my cane and I have lump in my b****** that have not been taken care of and I have not been able to see a rheumatologist because of them. When the manager finished speaking down to me she asked if I needed help with anything... obviously the point of talking to her was so she could manage her staff so my care could be in order and appropriate. She stated there are too cases to be worked on for her one staff member handling all of that for all the patients. I recommended they hire more staff since that is the case. She asked if there was anything else and i replied by asking her what she thought needed addressing after the conversation... she did not respond accordingly. Her response was you are being rude I am hanging up on you. I then called to ask to speak to the practice owner which I was told is ************* and I was told I would get a call back. They never called me and I got a letter in the mail stating I was being dismissed because of my behavior towards staff. I called to ask if they could remove that statement because it will be there for any other dr I go to to see and it is not the situation at all. The response was no the manager wrote that and I said okay but I am asking to speak to the owner.. the response is she is the owner... I asked is it his wife? and the response was yes. How unprofessional and unethical this entire situation is. I would not recommend this practice to anyone that needs care besides a common cold or a UTI because they are not equipped and they lack bedside manner, ethics, moral code and professionalism. They also have a very young and immature medical assistant that answers calls and takes notes without asking for a name and date of birth. There has also been three hippa violations the time I have been a patient there; I have received calls from people to let me know they got my records so I could report it. As a courtesy I had never reported it because I have been going there since 2014. The first ** I had there was ************* and I doubt he is aware the actual situation and the face and behavior his office is putting forward. They also double dip when they charge cash and charge insurance primary and secondary for specific situations. They have lost my blood samples twice in the years I have been going there and I have also kept quiet to be nice and they do not deserve it. So no I was not rude. I was trying to get help that I needed and I was patient for years too long with their handling of my care. BE KIND.
