    On, February 27, 2023, Parchment gave me non-responsive, fraudulent customer service. I used my bank debit card to order three college transcripts for my minor children. I followed the directions on Parchment website to order the transcripts. Each time I paid for the transcripts, with my bank debit card, I would receive a transcript in my name instead of my kid's names. I spent $24 dollars. I put in a trouble ticket on the Parchment website. I received a written response to my written trouble ticket. The response I received was unempathetic, harsh, inconsiderate, mean-spirited and unprofessional. The response advised me of the fact that sorry you are not getting a refund. Today, two hours ago I telephoned Parchment **************** number two ****************** **************** Reps hung up on me, immediately, for no apparent reasons. As soon as I politely and briefly explained my situation, and ask for a refund, two Parchment hung up and I received dial tone. I hope there is another company I can go through to order my kids transcripts. because Parchment is a fraudulent company very inconsiderate. Horrible customer service. I am going to send an official complaint to the ********** ********** of ***************** ************************************* and ********** of ******** Affairs. This company is fraud and Parchment fraud will be reported to the California ********** of ************** of the ******** General. I will also make a complaint with the college my children attend. I hope that there is another company I can order my kids transcripts this company is horrible.

    Please remove this complaint. I have no idea who this is nor do i even deal with transcripts as i never have this will hurt my company. The lady ******* stated it was an error and her complaint is against a company name Parchament not mine. Please help and advise remove this complaint asap. I appreciate your time and help ...     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I am waiting on this business to respond.  This is the next step.  Thank you
