Placed an order for a 3 month subscription box on June 22 2024 as a gift for a July birthday. $****** was charged to my credit card the same day. 6 weeks later the recipient had still not received her first box. I have since been charged for another 3 month subscription. After several unanswered emails I finally got a response from the owner, assuring me she would rectify the issue and send the first box out the weekend of Aug. 2. It is now August 21 and the recipient still has not received the first box of the 6 now owing! I have emailed the owner several times and when I went to their site this morning to check on the status of my order the **** said the website has expired! I am now out $464.04 with nothing received and no response from the owner.. I have copies of all the emails as supporting documentation if required. I do not have an account number since I am unable to access my account via their now-defunct website! Mastercard Receipt reads The Boxy Momma Company ****** US (****** Cdn) LaVeen AZ

This is regarding the monthly subscription box called BoxyMomma. My husband got me a 3 month gift subscription to the box for Mothers Day in May 2023. It clearly states it is a monthly box so I should have received a box in June, July and August. I received a box in June. Nothing in July. The owner of the company posted a message on social media about her dog being sick and an item being ruined from being outdoors while she was away in a now deleted post in July. My husband reached out to her in August via email (you can see he even referenced the sick dog). He reached out 2x with no response, then his credit card got charged without permission for another 3 month subscription. It was a gift, why is his card # still on file, and I had only received 1/3 of my order so it shouldnt even be up for renewal. As you can see in his email he immediately reached out. He never got a response, but his card was refunded. I reached out to the company mid September to see what was going on. I got a prompt response with an excuse and an apology. I finally got my 2nd box end of September. One of my items was a tumbler. It had 2 large cracks in it. So I reached out to the email I previously used that ***** responded to. I even included photos of the damaged item. No response. I reached out again. No response. So I sent a final email today. Then went on the website and noticed 2 other emails. I did forward my most current email to both of those email addresses to see if I would get a response. But at this point I feel you need to be contacted. I will have to check with my husband to find out exactly how much he paid. Ive included photos of all the emails that include her email address and dates sent.
