  On March 10, 2023 I paid *****'s tree service **** dollars to trim 2 cork oak trees in my front yard. They told me that someone in a bucket truck would do the trimming as I didn't want anyone climbing out on the limbs over a fairly busy street (55th ave between Glendale and Northern). A bucket truck did set up and started trimming one of the trees but then they sent a person climbing into the other tree to begin trimming it. This person in the tree was cutting too much of the live growth because he could not get out to the ends of the limbs. When I asked about this the ******* became upset and just called the man out of the tree. The rest of the job took around 3 hours despite the bid for **** dollars. I was told the job would take about 5 hours. They cleaned up the debris in a satisfactory manner but not the best. Finally, after they left I noticed that the bucket truck had cracked my driveway popping up a piece of concrete triangular in shape and about 8 feet long. I know the man who set up the outriggers on the truck must have noticed it when it happened but he did not mention anything to me. I contacted the company about this 4 times by phone and was told each time that someone would get back to me. No one ever called back and so I am filing this complaint for damage to my property and a poor job of trimming the trees.

  hello , we have been a accredited business for a very long time , something we work very hard to maintain, and being part of the bbb is the only legit reviews in my view and many others as well .. we service over 500 clients per month , and have been doing business in arizona for over 3 generations , and have every intention on  doing everything in our power to maintain customer support , and confidence, we try very hard to keep all our clients happy and our work performance top notch and every once in awhile  there are some kind of issues  , so we did trim clients trees and we did use the exact time that the customer had said to be true so when we estimate a job we tell the customer when they ask why is the job said amount we have to explain in order for our customers to understand the amount in this case i believe the customer said 5 hours and we were there only 3 hours ....... yes is 100 percent true , the way it works is the job is a 5 hour job ,,,so we are doing tree work for the amount of 3 hours and we drive there and to the dump and dump the truck ,,, so 3 hours trimming 1 hour drive to customers job and 1 hour to the dump and back to the yard ...time was a question dont know why but it was...... and then the other concerning factor is that this complaint was for property damage done to concrete ,, well if you go on ****** and look on street view it will show you pictures from 5 years ago or even 10 years ago and some up to date and current , so if a weed grows or a fence or tree is taken down or a crack in the driveway shows up , good or bad ,,, it shows up ,,, maybe didnt know and was a honest mistake about the property damage ..... anyway responding to this was verry hard for me once investigating this claim , so best of luck we love our customers , and encourage others to check into claims and use ****** as it might save you time money and frustration , best of luck to all parties involved ...***************************;
