      10/28/22 Apodacas glass gave me a quote for a window repair. They charged me a deposit of 50% to set the appointment. On 11/17/22 they came out and completed the work turns out they had given me an incomplete quote for the window. The tech they sent out didnt have the common sense to bring it up and instead installed brand new glass on a broken frame. They called me the next day to ask for the rest of the payment and I explained that the work they did was not acceptable and they assured me theyd send someone out to quote me for the complete repair. We set an appointment for a few days later. To no ones surprise, the tech no-call no-showed. I decided it wasnt worth my time and left it at that. MONTHS later, some dude calls me trying to collect the other half of the payment. I explain to him the whole situation, and he apologized and said they would have someone out to complete the quote this time. We set an appointment, and someone actually came out, but their terrible service doesnt stop there. For the next few weeks, I had people from **************** Glass calling me, asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. I told every single person that called me that I never received a quote. Every single person I spoke to confirmed my email and phone number and then told me they would get it sent out. (This happened at least 5 times)The last person I spoke to was a lady a few weeks ago asking me the same exact thing. I once again reiterated that nobody has sent me a quote and explained to her the situation. she apologized and said that she was going to reach out to management and see if they could cover the work because of the inconvenience. As I mentioned before this was weeks ago. I have had no email or phone communication and at this point, I never want to hear from them again.I am only here to warn people not to waste their time and money on this company.
