    ************************ water heater broke and flooded through a wall and under the floor of the utility closet in our Tucson home. After checking out more than fifteen Tucson restoration companies, and being concerned about the detailed 1-star and 2-star reviews, I found Western Restoration in ******. The company is fairly new, and has few reviews, but all are 5 stars, and provide details about the quality of the work. More important, the company has a KB-2 general contracting license (as opposed to some ********************** companies that have licenses only for minor home repairs), and is IICRC certified. I contacted the owner, *****************************, who came the next morning, set up dehumidifiers, made suggestions about steps to take to facilitate the best possible remediation, and supervised the job to its completion. The work went flawlessly. ******* explained everything clearly; was always on time, despite the long travel distance; and his prices were extremely reasonable. In short, he is an first-rate professional contractor.As a woman who is knowledgeable about construction and is in charge of all our home repairs, I've become tired of dealing with contractors who are dismissive. Bridger is the opposite: thoughtful and collaborative.We are glad to have had Western Restoration work on our home, and will call them immediately if we have any future problems that need remediation.

    I had a water valve fail in my house on a Friday night. I reached out to Western Restoration and the owner advised me on what steps to take right away. He showed up with a crew the next morning at 6:30am. They were very respectful and in no time had the wall open and were working on getting the water out and had the fans/dehumidifiers going. He communicated very well and came in to check on the moisture levels everyday. I would highly recommend them on any job in the future. Very professional and overall I was very satisfied with their work.
