    After considerable research, I decided to purchase a BC coffee roaster. This will be my fourth roaster, but my initial entry into a gas roaster. The BC line stacked well with all the other available options when looking at the offered features. When I spoke with ***** concerning several questions he was very gracious to let me know he had plenty of time to help me. When I asked about an option that wasn't offered on the website concerning the model I was interested in, he said "I will email you in an hour". That's how long it took him to drive to a warehouse to see if it was available. That is an impressive presale act in my book. It was, and I made the purchase. Even though these roasters have an outstanding record for reliability and are built like a tank, the website assures me if I ever **********, they will be available at what are currently, reasonable prices. I am excited about this phase of my coffee roasting journey, and I know if I have questions, Buckeye Coffee will be there to make it a smooth one.

    BC 3.5LB SW 2021 model. Owner since 2022 as my first commercial manual control roaster. Overall an excellent product with a knowledgeable service staff. Ive roasted on this machine for light commercial use and tried dozens of varieties of high grade coffees. Results are very good, and the machine is excellent for starting out. Its forgiving enough while giving you the features and function to produce some wonderful coffee results. My only encouragement is dont be afraid, dive in and really learn the craft. All the fancy do it for you machines cut corners, and learning to do it right is satisfying beyond words. It takes time and youll make mistakes but I feel so confident now with my roaster that I could produce just about any result I want. I am glad I came across buckeye (or Bucky, as my roaster is lovingly named). Right product for the right price, I couldnt ask for more!
