    I purchased a product from this company on 08/01/24 and although their website says it can take 3-5 weeks for their products to be ready and shipped, *** yet to get an update. We are now in week 7, and I emailed them on 09/10/24 requesting for a status update, and never heard back. I emailed them again on 09/17/24 and havent heard back. They dont have a phone number and the only contact method is email. I know they see my emails because prior to purchasing their product, I reached out with questions, and how much of a coincidence is it that they were actually responding at that time but now that they have my money, they are not replying.

    I placed an order (#****) online with Deep Blue Chrome LLC for a "Chrysler 300 Carbon Fiber Wing Emblem 15-22 w/ Blue Insert x 1" for $125 on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. On Wednesday, August 24, 2022, I emailed the ************* of the company, ****** Spruks ***** (https://opencorporates.com/officers/483461225) inquiring on the status of my order. He emailed me back on the same day stating, "We have a 3-5 week turn around time from when you purchase. Thank you for your business and your patience with us." I emailed him again on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, and inquired about the status of my order to which I received no response. It is now Wednesday, October 5, 2022, and I have emailed him again inquiring about the status of my order, still no response. I am running out of ideas on how to receive my order or obtain a refund. This is unprofessional behavior on ******** part, and he has failed to deliver.
