    Multiple packages (labeled for ***** were dropped off at The UPS STORE. Four of which werenever scanned or received by ***** These were dropped off on Tuesday, April 9. Others that were dropped off the same day were delivered, but none of the individual orders that were shipped in the ******* box were ever scanned or received by ***** only the larger boxes that could not be easily identified.A second round of shipments were dropped off on Saturday, April 13. Only 3 of 6 were successfully delivered. Again, only the bigger boxes delivered and the smaller ******* boxes disappearedagain.Tracking numbers from what was dropped off April 13:1) 1Z850A77YW01096507 - delivered but box was opened, taped back together and contents were missing.2) 1Z850A77YW22289037 - delivered but box was opened, taped back together and contents were missing.3) 1Z850A77YW17125553 - dropped off, scanned as received, never scanned again.1Z850A77YW10635603, 1Z850A77YW26811642,1Z850A77YW19975113 These 3 were also dropped off with the others on Saturday, April 13. The three that are missing or have issues were all shipped in ******* boxes and the 3 that delivered were shipped in larger, unmarked boxes.This is not an isolated incident, nor are these coincidences too obvious to ignore. Theres an issue somewhere locally and the only reason other packages were actually delivered is because it wasnt obvious what the item inside was. *** shipped over 300 orders this year and never had an issue until April 9th.I trust this is going to be thoroughly looked at and investigated due to a total of 7 boxes from the same location having gone missing in the SAME WEEK. All of which were last seen at *** Store located at *********************************The Store Owner is refusing to provide assistance and keeps directing me to file a claim but *** will not allow me to open a claim on these items.
