    I had Elijah Air come out to my home on 9/09/2022 to service my air conditioner unit that was making a loud noise. They stated what the problem was and we agreed to fix the unit for a fee of $1,728.90. I agreed with a condition of being guaranteed the noise would be gone and the unit would run well for at least another year. We agreed on the amount of ***** to charge on 9/09 and the remaining balance on 10/9. The next day I noticed that my air conditioner was still making the same noise. I called ***** the technician that came out and notified him of the problem I asked if they can come out and take a look to make sure that the work was done properly or if something else needed to be done, he stated they they will not send anyone to look at the unit And said he could only help me with a discount. Since the issue of the noise on the unit was still there I felt deceived into making repairs that didnt resolve my main issue. I asked for a full refund and he declined, laughed and disconnected the conversation. I have tried multiple times to have them send someone over to help with issue but they just declined, I would like for them to fix the issue with my air conditioner properly or just refund me my money.

    Hello we have received your complaint. It is unfortunate that you are unhappy with your hvac system  however we cannot offer a refund at this time. Elijah air strives to offer quality service and we warranty our work to protect not only the clients but our company as well. The system in question was repaired and is working to the best of its ability. Client still owes towards the services rendered and is not being forthcoming in the information provided.
    Although we arrived to the home due to a noisy unit it is not guaranteed that the noise would go away completely. All guarantees and warranty are stated In The signed and approved invoice.If client would like to credit the cost of  repairs towards a new hvac system  we would be happy to do so as we offer this option for up to one year after the repairs are made.
    We can also replace the compressor Which is a component that is causing the noise however we do not feel that that would be in the clients best interest as it is still working at this time and would be a costly repair. The options are up to the homeowner and have been president, and  communicated to them in a professional manner.

    My original request was for Elijah Air to come out and take a second look at the repairs because of the noice complaint. They not only declined to do so but even laughed at me and hung up. I do not trust this company to do any work on my AC unit, much less install a new one. More importantly I am now stuck with this bill and a sub par service. Disappointing how businesses are allowed to get away with this type of wrong doings.
