I had a left eye cataract surgery scheduled for 01/20/***** presurgery appointment was scheduled 01)13/25.i was sick so I had to reschedule both appointments. The lady I spoke with named ******, about the rescheduling, got very rude, short, and un cooperative with ******* the way she did the rescheduling was different than int the past, when it was done by whoever. So I also believed I was in trouble for being sick and having to reschedule. So I wanted to complain. I spoke with someone who told me I needed to speak with another supervisor. So. after a little while of trying by each of us we finally got in touch with each other, me and that supervisor. Previously I had left her a voice mail about some of my complaint. Anyway when we finally talked to each other on the phone she told me I could no longer come back to the office. I never was able to tell her my side of the story. She said she heard it. But it wasn't all of it, just what I could leave on the voicemail and what I told that other lady. This Supervisor did not really investigate, she just basically said she was taking her employees side. She lied and said I had a lot of issues there But I only had a total of about 3 complaints in about 2 yrs. She said her staff was good that don't mean I was lying that ****** wasn't wrong. This complaint was only against one staff member. She never gave me adequate time to find another opthalmologists. Her husband I think is an owner so I believe they were discriminating against me.Dr ******** was my doctor there. He could care less when I told him about my claustrophobia possibly getting in the way of the cataract surgery. I wanted to see if he would accommodate me with that. The other doctor there laughed at me because I was mentioning similar concerns to him, that why I switched to the doctor I'm with now.The bottom line is I was discriminated against. I got kicked out cause I would complain.

This place told me they covered my insurance up until I completed the eye exam, then they told me they dont cover the exam and I needed to pay $75 in order to get my prescription. I told them I didnt want to continue with purchasing the prescription because I already pay for insurance and didnt want to come out of pocket for an eye exam. I left, I keep getting bills in the mail for $75 and I called them today to find a resolution and the manager was very rude. She ended up hanging up on me and telling my they werent going to help me find a resolution.
