    My home warranty company scheduled me a service call for my heating system. This company sent out a person who was not experienced and had no knowledge of heating and cooling systems. He showed up in a family car. Had no tools. No ladder. No testing equipment. He was at my residence for about 10 minutes and without even looking at my heat pump or thermostat suggested that the problem might be the thermostat. At that point I realized that he was clueless and asked him to leave. The company charged my home warranty company for a 2 1/2 hour service call and the guy was there for no more than ten minutes. Nothing was tested and nothing was resolved. I want this company to refund their charges for the bogus service call and fire that BS service technician.
