    I just received My order today and I've started opening them up the vapes that I bought and so far four of them don't even work I have two or three more to check there I'm assuming not going to work either I just want a refund and I think that they're bad business for selling vapes to me that don't even work.

    I started using the business as my go to for my needs. Quickly there were problems with the quality of the products I ordered and it began to be a reoccurring thing. At first I was able to reach the business and began working out a resolution with ****. They agreed to replace both orders but would ship one to make sure the new ones didn't have issues as well first. I received them and the first couple were okay so I let him know and asked for the replacement of another order we agreed on. He assured me that they would send it out. Days, then weeks and now months later, nothing. I have went ahead and placed additional orders as before it got to months, the service was good and I expected them to follow through again. I have placed 3 additional orders in which again have problems. I again have attempted text/call/email to no avail. I tried to give them time to get back to me or respond in the slightest since they helped in the beginning. It's been a 3+ month process in this and I feel I have no other options than to file this complaint. These orders are expensive and add up quickly.
