    Really should be 0 stars. Ordered several times in the past and service was decent, and I liked their shields. However, my last order was placed on December 17, 2024. Delivery quoted was 4-6 weeks, which would have been fine with me. Had not received my shield or heard from them by February. Emailed them asking status of order. Received a reply on February 25 that my order was complete, but they could not ship to a PO Box and needed a street address. Sent a reply the same day, but did not hear anything back about shipping. I have sent several emails and tried calling several times. No reply to my emails and calls were never answered, so I left a voice messages several times. I still have heard nothing from them. I would avoid ordering fro. them.

    If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered medallions in January of 23 and shields in October of 23 and have not received any of my $700 order. I've left numerous emails and messages to no avail. Absolute trash company. Shouldve known with the way the advertise the ***** owner on their site... Again Zero stars trash company.

    Ordered a shield in June, 2023, got confirmation saying shield would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Emailed and got no response. Informed them I was going to report them as fraud and they finally responded back in January, **************************************** May, and they were having employee issues. Emailed again and got no reply again. After reading other reviews here it is clear this is a common problem.

    Never completed an order made 5 months ago. I have received snarkey email excuses, but no answers as to when they will send me my order. Who does this and wants to maintain a professional reputation in our line of work? I don't know what happened to this company however, after reading all the recent complaints they are getting, I feel I have been scammed by the current owners.

    Placed an order in February, 10 months later and still have not received my order. **************** does nothing but dance around the issue. Refusing to refund my payment or produce the product i ordered.

    Ive used this company in the past and was very pleased with their product and pricing. However, in early May 2023 I ordered a keychain helmet tag as a gift for a new recruit. Its near the end of October and I still dont have my product. Ive called (no answer or returned phone call) and Ive emailed multiple times (they only respond after several emails). My last email stated that my order would be completed and shipped the week of August 15. D. E. Williams has no customer service and now seems to be unable to fulfill basic customer orders. I have now asked for a refund, however I feel that email will be ignored like the rest. I work for the largest ********* in ****** and top 5 in North America. I will not be recommending D. E. Williams to anyone.

    One star is very generous for these people. I understand waiting a long time because of larger orders. I understand waiting due to supply constraints and other things beyond their control. I get it. Things happen. But whats not acceptable, is the lack of communication. Plus, whats even worse, is when you do get rare communication thats few and far between, they flat out lie to you. Professionalism is something the fire service prides ourselves on. So for this company to represent the fire service and treat their customers like this, it shows the kind of people they are. My review is exactly like all the complaints for these people. Its a broken record reading all of these. For their lack of competence and professionalism they shut shut themselves down. If they cant do that, they should be forced to shut down. This is not what the fire service stands for and these people are a joke and making a mockery of the service by trying to include themselves in the support of the men and women that place their product on their gear. Do not order from these people. Theres plenty of other professional companies that can provide what these people say they do. Even if you look around locally, youre bound to find a place that can get you what you need. This place is a joke.

    Horrible customer service and long delivery times. Ordered well over their expexted delivery time and havent heard or received any communication about when I am have my product complete. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have ordered from them before, but the only issue was the long completion time. Now its lack of communication and long completition and delivery time.

    I ordered a shield 17 weeks ago! The initial email from order said 4-6 weeks. At around week 8 I began trying to contact them by phone and email with no success! After reading reviews on them I can tell this isnt the first time they have done this! Definitely do not recommend if you plan to actually receive your product
