      I do not have a membership with planet fitness and they continue to charge my account. I have contacted them several times and they say there is nothing they can do because I didn't have membership. Hey they continue to charge me every month.

      Planet Fitness provided my bank with two unauthorized charges for $15 on 4/15/24 and $25 on 4/24/24. I tried to resolve this in person at the facility, but employees could not assist me & provided me with manager info, ***********************, for assistance. Made several calls to manager, who would not accept any of my calls, nor return any of my calls. Recently notified their corporate office, but have received no response.

      PLANET FITNESS. my girl has a membership there and her daughter also. The problem was, for the past several months. They kept taking not only my girls fee. They also were charging my card my daughters membership. I kept calling them and they corrected it and also said they would take my card off her daughters account. IT NEVER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ATTACHED TO HER ACCOUNT. Yesterday they charged my card again. And management told me they could not take my card off her account. ITS MY BANK CARD. They said NO out system won't allow them to take someone else charge card off somebody else's account. So I told them it was my card on someone else's account and want it off. They still said no. Because I was arguing with the management on the phone. She goes in tonight and was told she is banned. Mind you they just charged me for my membership and my daughters. And would not refund my money. Let alone there system is wrong. Watch out if your card is being used fraudulent and it's on there system. They will tell you tough luck. THEY WONT REMOVE YOUR CARD OFF SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT FRAUDULENT OR NOT.ITS YOUR CREDIT CARD. ********* SAID THERE SYSTEM WILL MOT ALLOW THEM TO REMOVE THAT CARD. SO WATCH OUT. THEN THERE GOING TO BANNED YOU. there are plenty other better gyms. Mad dogs and 24 hr fitness. Mutch better place. DONT GO TO PLANET FITNESS. GOOD LICK IF YOU DO.I told management that if they would not take my charge card off the other account that I did not authorize. I would be calling the police to do a report. The very next day I went to tan and was told by the only employee female on 5/24/23 at 9pm that I was banned from there gym.
