Balances on services 6/26/2021 - $39.85 Claim #P14454945132 - JULY 14, 2021 - secondary billing received by CIGNA JULY 17, 2021 - payment of $39.85 processed and electronically transferred JULY 17, 2021 - 19:16 electronic transfer acknowledged by billing vendor JULY 17, 2021 - BALANCE $0 Balance on services 09/06/2021 - $25.52 Claim #C14458663539 - SEPT 24, 2021 - secondary billing received by CIGNA SEPT 25, 2021 - payment of $25.52 processed and electronically transferred SEPT 25, 2021 - 20:50 electronic transfer acknowledged by billing vendor SEPT 25, 2021 - BALANCE $0 The date on the statement I have is 7/21/2022. I also got a statement date 6/21/2022. I had a 3-way conversation with myself, CIGNA, and this vendor in Oct. 2021. This was supposedly straightened out as PAID in FULL.I got a 2nd statement in Feb 2022. CIGNA sent information to this vendor and agreement of $0 balance was reached.See above for details of continued requests for payments.Four requests for payments that have already been paid is fraud x4. I am not an insurance broker. I have responded promptly to resolve this matter. Apparently this company wants to get for the same services more than one time. I'm not willing to pay more than one time! This needs to stop NOW!

    This is a response to billing or collection issues letter from the Better Business Bureau ID# ********: ******************************* account, 52293.  The letter states:  "Four requests for payment that have already been paid is fraud x4".

    Only 3 statements were sent.  If the account is not closed the statements, go out automatically every month. 

    We hired a new billing company in April. There were some transition issues and the Cigna payment did not get posted in a timely manner.  Everyone is struggling with staffing issues. 

    Had you called the office directly, we could have reassured you, answered your questions or looked up the payment on-line. It is inappropriate to accuse ** of fraud.

    It is fraud to receive a payment (documented with the insurance company, CIGNA) and try to collect that same payment four times.

    This company was called 3 times (documented with CIGNA). Two times it was a three-way conversation. myself, a CIGNA representative and a representative from the billing company.  The third time, I requested CIGNA call on my behalf.

    When I received the fourth request for payment, I got so fed up with trying to resolve this billing issue, I turned it over to the BBB.

    iI would like a statement from Bullhead Urgent Care billing that this invoice is paid in full with a date of when it was paid.  It is not my responsibility to cover for billing company's staffing shortages.  I believe I met my obligations to resolve this oversight each time I received a statement and made a call to your company.
