    I brought my cat in because he had ear mites. I wanted them to clean his ears. They looked in his ears with a light and said it looked infected. Then they told me they wanted to do blood work and a biopsy. I told him that the blood work was okay but I wasn't going to go for a biopsy. They never cleaned my cat's ears and then when they went to set up the next appointment I told him I didn't want another appointment and they fought me about it. Told me I can cancel it anytime and force me to make an appointment. At this point I was pretty upset. They didn't even take the time to explain the cream all they said was put two drops in each ear twice a day but they could have showed me they could have cleaned my cat's ears that's why I was there for they're all about the money. How do you go from ear mites to a biopsy. Don't take your animal here unless you got deep pockets and if you do take your animal there be direct and don't go for any extra stuff if you don't want it. How dare they make me make another appointment I'm waiting for Monday and I'm going to cancel anyway. I shouldn't even got the blood work done my cat's 15 years old. He's never had any health problems the only reason I took them in there because I made him a promise that I would let a professionals look in his ears. I had been put in the drops in that I got from ******* for the last month and a half and they seem to keep coming back. Do not take your animal to advance animal Care center unless you have deep pockets and really don't care cuz they will talk you into everything a lot of unnecessary stuff.
