    In may of 2023 there was a promotion advertised online for adding a line and receive 800$ off of the new iPhone 14 at the time , a Apple Watch and Apple tablet and you would just have to pay the activation fees and keep the service on for a few months , we traded in 2 phones at the time & only one was accounted for according to employees at this location, on top of that we were not giving the promotion that was advertised or discussed in person at the time of purchase, the two employees that did our transaction have been fired since then due to other incidents like the one I am reporting. This is verified from employees that are currently working there , I only realized the promotion wasnt applied when I went in to cancel the service for the Apple Watches and tablets since we dont use them and I was told I would be able to cancel the service since they were payed off according to the promotion advertised online and in store , I was then told we still owe money on both tablets and watches and could not end the service for 18 months , so since then which was about 3-4 months ago have been dealing with this location and was told they were only waiting for the check to pay off the items that were supposed to be paid off already and honor the promotion , due to them admitting they had untrustworthy employee , I was told by the manager I would be contacted by the district manager 2 weeks ago and have not heard since then , Ive been calling and just got an answer today 11/7/24 , and was told they have no update for me and will not give me contact information for anyone above him , and that I need to wait for them to call me because it is he said she said at this point , I have also been charged more then Im supposed to even without having the promotion applied
