    I took my ************************* to Giddens tire shop as they told me to bring it in early as I did.******* quoted me a few hours to add refrigerant to my car and do an oil change no problem.I sat in the lobby to wait in my car and lo and behold they took my car in fairly quick no problem right however I sat for a bit then thought well maybe they are a little backed up I heard every conversation with ****** and ******* telling everyone who walked in that door your car needs a full ac and your car needs a new transmission and your car needs new struts telling everyone the same supposed problems with their cars and all was quoted 1500 to 5600 high numbers well I still waited at this point 3 hours had gone by and I was asking several times what was taking so long ****** stated it will be ready soon ******* stated it would be ready soon and it still was not ready so my daughter myself and my husband walked next door to ***** to get something to eat no sooner than I walk over to eat ****** calls me on the phone and says you need an alternator and I am on the phone calling for a alternator now I said I'm here for an oil change and a refill on air that I don't need an alternator and I want my car now he said you can come get it but it's in the bay and probably wouldn't start I said I don't have a problem with the alternator and it started right up my mom helped me with her credit card and I told him my mom was helping me and he said let's get that alternator done it will be ****** I said no it's not needed and he got really upset and said well it's going to be ****** and I said for a can of air and an oil change and he said yes my mom paid it as he was very fraudulent in charging me this and the can of air lasted 3 days and now my ac is bad and ****** wouldn't honor any warranty or make it right he is crooking people never again will my family or myself return here to this place

    ******************* was indeed at our shop in June of 2022. At that time we did service her 2003 **** Taurus and service her air conditioner. at that time her Taurus had ******. ***** , we found that she needed a suction line replaced to make her a/c stay filled. she declined the repair. we have not heard from *******************. since 6/15/2022. we also recommended valve cover gaskets. No alternator was ever recommended. We do stand firmly behind our work and offer nationwide warranty . We are sorry for this mis understanding. Our warranty at that time was 12 months or ****** miles. *** years later is hard to solve a problem.

    My 21 year old daughter left her because it was over heating. They charged her over 800 dollars and did not fix the problem the first time she drive it to ******** she over heated about 15 miles away. Do not use this repair shop

    ***********, I was informed of your problem on June 16,2023 at approximately 5:00 pm. as we were closing. Whoever called hung up and I called back immediately . ask to return on Monday June 19,2023. I regret that you daughter has had this a problem with our service. We did have a defective part and replaced it on Friday. We honor our service warranties and what to make this right. ******
