On 12/21/23 I went into the ********** *** store to ship 3 baseball cards to HGA ************** Approach *******************************************************. I was charged $17.44, I have the receipt, was told the items I was shipping would show up by 1/2/24. The *** tracking number is 1Z1F465V0360027167. I checked the tracking number on 1/6/24, Item was showing located at the *** ******* warehouse, that's it. I gave it a few more days, then reach out to the store I shipped them from to find out what the problem was, they were somewhat in agreement there appeared to be a problem, recommended I file a "Claim" online, I started the process, that process was not working, the *** system wasn't emailing a "code" I needed to continue my claim, etc. I then decided to reach out to ******************************* who owns the ********** *** store, he told me not to file a claim, package could show up lost, etc. Those 3 baseball cards I shipped are worth a minimum of $750 total, after they were to be graded by HGA, would be worth well over a $1000 easily. I then reached out to a friend who works in *** management, he told me he has a contact he would reach out to in *******, ** and ask them. Apparently that contact told my friend "those cards are gone, IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE" cards being mailed to get graded are being stolen by employees in the warehouse, "IT IS A RAMPANT ON-GOING ISSUE," his words, not mine. I don't care if *** has to buy those 3 baseball cards and get them back to me, I want those cards back, I don't want money, I want the cards and they can be purchased in the open market. *** needs to step up and take the blame for my stolen items by their employees, ASAP.
