    Hello,I bought 185 vials of exosomes from R3 in 2022. They were to send them to me in batches as I requested them. They are now not taking my calls and they will not send me the exosomes that are owed to me.

    I didn't find out about the issues Dr. **** has been having until AFTER this complaint was filed. She was dealing with a previous employee who was terminated 4 months ago for embezzlement. This ex employee has been continuing to communicate with Dr. **** continuously, even this week even though she  is being sued by R3. It's very strange. We have filed for a TRO which is in progress.

    So my team is beginning work on this to figure out what has happened. Including amounts paid, product sent, and what's happened with the terminated employee. There is no resolution right away, it will take some time.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my full refund. The contracted service was fully paid for, and the requested service was NOT provided. Additionally, there have been repeated promises since that time to pay our refund, and that has not yet been completed. In summary we have documentation that will show that following our consultations we selected from the options suggested by R3. The selected option was priced at ******** and we were informed that it needed to be paid in full prior to any treatment. I submitted the *** transaction on 8/22/2024. We subsequently scheduled the service for 9/5/2024 and 9/6/2024. On that date and immedite subsequent dates there were no procedures performed. The Stem Cells were not shipped. Please reference the option in the contract for what would be supplied on two separate visits. This is my final attempt to obtain my refund in full, with mere correspondence. I am lodging a complaint with The Arizona BBB. If I have not received a refund in full, by the end of this week 10/4/24 I will be taking further steps to secure my refund. If necessary, I will use the full extent of the law, starting with filing a fraud complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General. Both my wife and I have spoken to ******** Francesco *********** COO), on at least 3 separate occasions. The last time was last week, and we were told that the refund was officially submitted. We have seen no money in our account, and she has been nonresponsive to our recent attempts to contact her. I have copies of our emails, texts, and receipts, supporting the narrative described above. This issue has caused me significant distress and inconvenience, including causing us to rethink medical alternatives. It may not seem like a large sum to you, but its an awful lot to me. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly, with a full refund as described above.

    Considering I'm just seeing this now, I cannot provide a refund by October 4th. However, I'll be looking into this over the coming week and taking care of it. I've been out of the country for a couple weeks and catching up on a few issues, and this is now one of them. I appreciate Mr. ********* frustration, and I apologize for the delay.

    I paid a deposit for stem cell IV treatment and did not ever hear from them and could not get ahold of anyone.I have called several times in the last year now and am being told that because some doctor quit I no longer have the ability to get a refund.I never paid any specific doctor at all. My payment was made specifically to R3 Stem Cell LLC.I spoke to ***** a few times today and she is taking it very personal and accusing me of never asking for a refund before but she simply hung up on me.She is saying I paid an entity in ****** but the *** I paid is in ********** basically I got ripped off and they kept my money. Please have them refund me as they are impossible to get ahold of

    This transaction was from about a year ago. She paid for a consultation and evidently couldn't make it after it was scheduled. And now a year later is asking for a refund? It's non-refundable. I'm happy to set up a consultation for her, we have several providers who do them EVERY day. I'll even credit the amount paid toward a treatment. She just needs to call (844) GET-STEM and they'll get her in touch with ******** for scheduling (again).

    We have a *********** that answers the phone EVERY week day from 9 to 5. So I don't understand the part about difficulty getting a hold of us.

    **************** reached out to me today, we are working together to find a solution to this matter. Im satisfied with his offer  made during our conversation today. 
    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    For some reason this is the first time I'm hearing about ************************* difficulty in getting in touch with us. If she's not receiving a good result from the procedure, I'd like to discuss it with her and potentially repeat it as per our Therapy Commitment at the one year point.

    We have been in business for 12 years and performed over ****** procedures globally. Patient satisfaction is very high, but not 100%. So I'll have our office reach out to ********************* to discuss!

    One of our providers was booked for an ultrasound course September 15th, 2023. The course was held in ********* *********, our company is located in ********* ********. The provider showed up for the scheduled course the evening of September 14th, the provider had paid for a hotel and flight.On September 15th the provider showed up for the course and the vendor was not at the location. The provider contacted a team member named ********, who stated the course had been canceled. There had been no correspondence from R3 Stem Cell regarding the cancelation. On Monday September 17th, ******** stated the team member would be reimbursed for the hotel and flight fees. The information requested was submitted (receipts for both the hotel and flights). It has been almost 2 months and numerous emails submitted, and ******** has stated the check will be mailed. The last correspondence, ******** asked for a ***** account despite stating a check would be mailed to the team member who has not been reimbursed.

    This complaint is being filed against the wrong company. R3 Stem Cell offers regenerative procedures for patients. ******************* offers training courses.
