    On Friday, 12/29/23, my family of five was on vacation in *******. We are from the Midwest and specifically decided to go to dinner here on a Friday night to watch bull riding, as that is something we never get to see. While we liked the atmosphere, there were a number of problems. First, my wife and I ordered brisket. We were given a ticket and told to take it to a separate window to pick it up. Unfortunately, the line to pick up the brisket took 30 - 40 minutes, which was not something that the waitress told us about. As a result, we didn't get to eat with the rest of the family. We certainly would have ordered something different if this had been made clear to us. Second, we had called ahead to make sure we understood how to get tickets to the bull riding show. As recommended, we arrived at the restaurant early enough to purchase tickets to the show. However, because it took so long to get our dinner, we weren't able to enter the arena for the bull riding until 10 minutes prior to start-time. To our dismay, the Buffalo Saloon oversold tickets to the show and we were unable to get a seat, which means we were standing in the back and unable to see anything. My family was definitely disappointed, as this was our whole reason for coming here.I reached out to the General Manager to see if he would consider giving us a refund for the $50 bull riding tickets. It just didn't seem fair that we showed up early enough to get tickets but that the slow service and decision by the restaurant to oversell tickets to the event resulted in us not being able to see the show we paid to watch. Unfortunately, after a couple of emails back and forth, he stopped responding to me. Very disappointing. We were forced to purchase the bull riding tickets with cash so I don't have a receipt. We did pay for our meal with credit card, which helps validate that we were there.

    Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unauthorized ATM Withdrawals I am writing regarding a recent ATM transactions at your establishment.On [10/13/23], I used your ATM to withdraw $200 in cash. A few hours later, I attempted another $200 withdrawal, and although the machine failed initially, the transaction was resubmitted successfully. However, upon reviewing my bank statement the next day, I noticed three $200 withdrawals, with only two of them being legitimate.I promptly disputed the charge and received what was supposed to be "proof" from Buffalo Chip. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, the documentation only included one withdrawal of $200, omitting the other two and, curiously, also contained transactions from other customer accounts. I withdrew and received a total of 406 with fees not 609. As a customer who relies on cash transactions and your ATM services, I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency in this matter. I am committed to resolving this issue amicably and seek the refund for the incorrect withdrawal. The discrepancy in the proof provided raises questions about the integrity of the process, and I believe it is crucial to address this promptly.I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and a thorough investigation into the additional withdrawals that do not appear in the provided documentation. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
