1 starTerrible company with poor technical skill and terrible customer service. I used ********************** Air for several minor jobs in the past but made the very bad decision to hire them for a full house AC system install in Jan 2021. Artisan Air technicians, including owner ***************** come back 21 times over 15 months; made 6 warranty repairs; and still could not get the system to work properly. I was so tired of these "professionals" fumbling all over themselves that I hired another company called Brisk Air, and Brisk Air was able to troubleshoot and fix the system the FIRST time they came to my house.I was successful in winning a small claim judgement against Artisan Air & Home Services for the horrible job they did. I had to go the small claim route because when I approached ***************** about reimbursing me for some of the cost I incurred to get another company to fix their poor work, he told me I could "pound sand". That's how he treated a repeat customer who has referred a great deal of business to him. Something to keep in mind when they tell you of their great customer service.So, when ***************** claims he has no record of me as a customer like he does on bad reviews, he can refer to his copy of the court documents...I'm the one listed as the plaintiff who he was ordered to pay.Review fromRicardo M

Do not seek an estimate from this company because they charge you a ****** fee just for an estimate without telling you and if dont hire them they put you in collections Unprofessional!!!!
