    I am a small local landlord and my tenant in *********** had the A/C break down on them. I was out of town at a conference and couldn't respond myself. I looked on the internet and a large corporate HVAC company (***********) told me they would have a tech out the next day. Their tech showed up and quoted me $1100 for the fan and condenser and $400 for labor. I couldn't believe this company would treat a first time customer like a total chump. I ran them off and called Farrell Mechanical, it took them an extra day. Man was it worth the wait, what a nice and friendly crew. ***** (the owner) and his son ****** came out and had the job done in a few hours. Total cost for parts and labor were under $500. Next time my AC breaks down, there won't be no Penguins on my property. Thanks Farrell Mechanical for not taking advantage of my emergency with my tenants. You have a customer for life!*****, ******* *******
