We got solar panels installed towards end of November 2023 / beginning of December the project was completed. The sales person who ropped us into this bad deal name is ****! The electric company **** told me that our panels were not covering all of our utility needs just a fraction of it, our teco utility bill was going up despite having solar panels. The solar panels was suppose to help reduce the cost from **** electric, **** electric company said talk to you solar company and find out what's wrong. I have tried severally to contact them, the Manager called ******** her phones are disconnected/ service ur calling is out of service, the sales *************** would not return my calls, he only did text me once these past 3 weeks ago that he will look into it and never did neither did he call me back, I've called severally he just cuts my calls and never calls me back or even send somebody to look into my issues and secondly, he was not honest about our total cost of the solar panels, we only found out the true total cost when the company sent the loan papers to be $43,000. I called **** about the cost been different from what we were initially told and his response was that you will get government rebate which was insane to me to hear about the different conflictling prices. Now we are stock with $43,000 of solar panel bills. We are just citizens trying to keep our bills together and this company is thinking that they can do what soever and not be questioned.

6 MONTHS AGO WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT. NO UPDATE TO DATE. I CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FOLLOW UP ON THE STATUS OF MY PROJECT AND THE **** ALWAYS TELLS ME THAT I WILL BE CONTACTED BY **************** AND I NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL. TODAY I TALKED TO ****. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER LAST NAME (SHE ASKED FOR MINE THOUGH). SHE ALSO REFUSED TO CONNECT ME WITH A SUPERVISOR. THE ***** ********************, HAS SENT ME A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL THAT IS NOT ACTIVE. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

We called American Home Shield, we told them we had a problem with hot water and we thought it was the hot water heater. We are not professionals and can't diagnose a problem correctly. They sent out Bear Plumbing. Bear Plumbing came out didn't even ask what the problem was( my father didn't have hot water in the kitchen but had it everywhere else. My father is 97 years old and is no expert on hot water problems. They told us the problem was not under warranty because it needed a valve and an extra tank and another valve. He told my father it would cost him ******* to fix the problem. My father was not happy but said okay. They put in all this unnecessary equipment and my father still has no hot water in the kitchen. I feel my father was taken advantage of because he was so old and couldn't discern very well. He's lived in that house for 50 years with the water heaters as is and never had this problem. They came out and did all the work in 2 hours time. They charged ******* for 2 hours time and a valve and a little tank. I feel it was elderly abuse and the problem is not corrected and they won't come out and fix the original problem.
